Food Genome is an open source culinary informatics platform I did a lot of art for some years ago. Spawned from the brain of Marc Powell, a chef and hacker who began combining his interests in the early 2000’s with his Food Hacking project that brought molecular gastronomy to (mostly poor) friends houses using whatever was on hand (often dumpsered/scavenged foods).
